Friend and Owner of Oakridge Smokehouse Restaurant, Robert Besetsny, Called Paddy and Asked If he Was Interested in Managing A New Restaurant. Oakridge Express Opened in June 2002 Where Paddy Was the General Manager for 5 Years Before he and His Wife Kaaren Bought the Business in 2007 and Changed the Name To Express Barbeque Depot. in 2010, Paddy and Kaaren Changed the Name To Paddy’s Texas Kitchen, To Reflect the Variety On the Menu. Paddy’s Is Known for the Delicious Hamburgers On Homemade Buns and Fried Chicken As Well As the Tasty Barbeque. Paddy and Kaaren Grew Up Together in Dickinson, Texas. Both Graduated From Texas A&m and Were Married July 2000. the Family Has Grown To Include Three Daughters: Meredith, Clara, and Courtney. They Live in Schulenburg and Are Members of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church As Well As Being Involved With Many Community Organizations.
